Health insurance Open Enrollment ends Jan. 15th. The word ‘insurance’ can be defined as an arrangement by which one party agrees to pay another in case of some uncertain event. This is a type of insurance that is used to protect the insured against any health problems.
Health insurance in Lubbock, Texas, is basically designed to cover the expenses of medical treatment of the individual or family. It can be used to pay for the treatment of chronic diseases like diabetes, cancer, hypertension. The premiums of these plans are usually based on the age and gender of the individual. Some companies even offer free health checkups to their employees.
No one, not Congress, the president or even your insurance agent knows definitively what will happen to health insurance. However, this much we know, the Affordable Care Act was not repealed for 2018. After several attempts, it is still the law, although it has changed significantly.
What happens next? How will open enrollment affect Texans and Lubbock residents? What does a death spiral of the health insurance marketplace look like? These are all questions we hope to answer in a moment of severe uncertainty in America.
December 15th came and went. This was the deadline for signing up for health insurance plans private or government subsided that would begin January 1st, 2015. However, the open enrollment period for 2015 is still ongoing until February 15th, 2015. Sign up for health insurance before Valentines Day to get health insurance on March 1st, 2015 and to avoid tax penalties that will increase each year.
If you are looking for an insurance agency you can trust, look no further than Hettler Insurance. Meghan and the team... are refreshingly professional and easy to work with. I was with my previous insurance agency for two years, but they were no match for Meghan at Hettler. She was able to find the same policy/coverage with a significantly lower premium (with the potential for even more savings after 90 days). Every one of the staff is courteous, attentive, and helpful. Thanks Meghan and everyone at Hettler!read more

What a waste of time trying to get a quote for my business. spent two days filling out their applications, then they... just stop communicating. No word, NOTHING. and no I am not a competitor, like you accused the other negative reviewer of being. You can save yourself a lot of time by calling any other place.read more
I use Hettler Insurance Agency for my car insurance. When I first started with them, they found an insurance company... that saved my like, $80 from what I had found on my own, so I ended up paying $165/month for full coverage. A few months ago, that policy went up to $187/month and I just kinda rolled with it. But yesterday, I decided to give Hettler a call and just ask if there was anything they could do. The fella I spoke with said “sure, we’ll shop around for you and give you a call by the end of the day.”Within the day, I got called back and they had found a plan with the same coverage for $116/month. All that cost me was 2 minutes on the phone. My point is, if you ask your friends on social media who has the best insurance, you’re going about it all wrong. Go to Hettler and they’ll do all the shopping and looking around for you.read more
