New Appointments Increase Auto Carriers to 13 and Property Carriers to 20
Today, Hettler Insurance Agency announced it is appointed to quote State Auto Insurance Company and Hippo Insurance. Hettler Insurance is now an authorized agency with 13 different companies for vehicle policies and 15 for property (homeowners, renters, condo).

Despite the name, State Auto is available for both auto policies and homeowners. Bundle discounts are available, and a driving telematics program can deliver up to 50% off. Hippo Insurance
A newer player seeking to disrupt the home insurance market is Hippo. Billing itself as “smarter home insurance”, Hippo policies are often less than traditional homeowners even without an auto bundle option.
Several unique features make Hippo a recommendation for certain homeowners. Major appliances (HVAC, fridge, washer/dryer) are covered for repair and replacement even if the cause is mechanical.
